Grid Direction Worksheets

Follow arrows on a labeled six-by-six picture grid. Start at a coral star and move one square per arrow, then write the ending column letter and row number.

Move a small counter one arrow at a time. Row one is at the top of the grid, so an up arrow moves toward it. Every route stays inside the grid.

How are the grid answers written?

Use a column letter A to F and a row number 1 to 6, such as B3. Each route has five to eight arrow moves. The answer guide gives the destination for every activity.

What is in each printable set?

One 32-page PDF: cover, grown-up guide, 24 activities, four answer-guide pages, a creation challenge and an illustrated reflection. Every page includes pictures or relevant teaching diagrams. Preview actual included pages in each product gallery before choosing.
