1. Choose the right digital file
Check the product preview, page count, language, included files, software requirements, and usage license before adding it to your cart. DigiPick sells digital downloads; no printed book or physical item will be shipped.
2. Complete checkout
Enter an email address you can access, check the order total in Philippine pesos (PHP), and use an available payment method. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and gives you a place to find purchases linked to that account.
3. Find your download
- Wait for payment confirmation. Pending or failed payments do not unlock the file.
- Use the download button on the order confirmation page or in your order email.
- If you purchased using an account, sign in and open My Account → Downloads.
- Save the file to your device before opening or printing it. Keep your order email for reference.
Print an A4 PDF
Open the saved PDF in a PDF reader. Choose A4 paper (210 × 297 mm), portrait orientation unless the file says otherwise, and Actual Size / 100% scale. Check the print preview; if your printer clips the edges, select Fit to printable area. Print one sample page first, then print the pages you need. Colorful storybooks and activity sets work best with color printing; coloring pages can be printed in black and white.
Open editable templates and ZIP files
If your download is a ZIP, extract it before opening the included files. Use the application listed on the product page: for example, Word for DOCX files or Excel for XLSX files. Editable templates and printable PDFs are different products; check the stated format before ordering.
Missing email or a download problem?
- Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and the email address entered at checkout.
- Check whether the order payment has been confirmed.
- Try saving the file using a current browser and a stable connection. Make sure your device has enough storage.
- If a download is incomplete, save it again before opening it. A PDF reader or ZIP extractor may be needed.
- Still stuck? Email info@digipick.store with your order number, product title, device/browser, and a description or screenshot of the error. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
