Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This notice explains how DigiPick.store handles personal information when you browse our store, place an order, use an account, download purchased files, submit a review, or contact support.

Who is responsible and how to contact us

DigiPick.store is the store responsible for the customer information described in this notice. We operate from Santa Cruz, Laguna, Philippines. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@digipick.store with the subject “Privacy request.”

Information we process

  • Orders and billing: the name, email, billing details and other information you provide in checkout; products purchased; amounts and currency; order status; payment and refund references.
  • Accounts: your account identifier, profile details, saved billing information, account activity, and order history. Account passwords are handled through WordPress authentication; do not send your password to support.
  • Downloads: purchase permissions, download activity, and technical details needed to deliver and protect purchased files.
  • Website use: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, cart and session identifiers, and security or error logs. WooCommerce order attribution can associate a placed order with a referral source, campaign parameters, device type, and session page views.
  • Support and reviews: messages, attachments and order details you send us. If you choose to submit a product review, its text, rating and displayed reviewer name may be public. Do not put private information in a review.

Required checkout fields are marked on the form. Without the information needed to process an order, confirm payment or deliver a download, we may be unable to complete that request.

Why we use information

We use information to fulfill purchases, provide download access, send order and account messages, handle refunds and support, maintain account and transaction records, protect the store against misuse, and understand which sources lead to orders.

Processing needed to fulfill your purchase or a request you initiate is based on performing that transaction. We also process information where required by applicable legal obligations, and for legitimate operational and security interests subject to your rights. Where consent is required for an optional feature or marketing, we will seek it separately. Buying a product is not permission to send unrelated marketing.

Payments and recipients

PayPal processes payments through its own systems and may collect payment, identity, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms. DigiPick receives the transaction information needed to verify and administer the order. Do not send full card details to DigiPick support. Read PayPal’s legal and privacy information for its handling of payment data.

Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting, website administration, delivery of transactional email, and support providers may handle information needed to operate these services. Authorized store staff can access information needed for their work. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which sends ordinary web-request information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. Hostinger supplies hosting and embedded site tools; if you choose to submit a Hostinger-powered subscription or contact form when offered, the information you enter is handled for that stated purpose. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer personal information. Providers may process information outside the Philippines. The information shared is limited to what is needed for the relevant service or obligation; applicable safeguards and provider arrangements govern that processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login, cart contents, session continuity, and store preferences. Cart cookies commonly last for the browser session, while the standard WooCommerce customer-session cookie normally lasts up to two days. Login-cookie duration depends on your sign-in choices.

WooCommerce’s order-attribution feature uses short-lived session cookies, including a session cookie with a default 30-minute duration, to associate a placed order with the traffic source and session details described above. Attribution stored with an order is retained with that order. These cookies are separate from the cookies or similar technologies used by PayPal and any embedded provider.

You can manage or clear cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies can affect checkout, login or the cart. If optional features requiring consent are added, their purpose and choices must be presented separately; this notice is not a substitute for that consent. More information is available in the WooCommerce cookie guide and order-attribution guide.

How long information is kept

Account information is kept while the account is maintained. Purchase, payment-reference and download-permission records are kept while needed to verify the purchase and provide the associated download access, and for any additional period needed for applicable recordkeeping obligations or unresolved claims. Paid-order and account records currently have no automatic expiry schedule in the store.

Support messages and technical records are retained for the time needed to resolve the matter, maintain necessary service or security records, and address any outstanding obligation or dispute. Providers may keep their own payment, security, email or backup records under their retention policies. We review requests to delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed; deletion of store records does not automatically erase independent provider records or immediately remove backup copies.

Your choices and privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about our processing, access to your data, correction, an electronic copy where available, objection or restriction, and deletion or blocking where appropriate. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

Email info@digipick.store and describe the request. Use your order or account email where possible. We may verify your identity using information proportionate to the request before releasing or changing personal data. We may retain records needed for a legal obligation or unresolved claim and will explain relevant limits. Removing an account or purchase record can affect access to order history and downloads; we will explain this before acting on the request.

You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission, or another data-protection authority where applicable. This notice does not limit rights provided by law.

Children’s resources

Our children’s books and printables are intended to be purchased and managed by parents, guardians, teachers or other adults. Children do not need an account or to submit their completed worksheets to use the downloaded files. Please do not send a child’s identifying information, photos or completed personal worksheets to support unless necessary to address a request and appropriately authorized.

Security and changes

We use reasonable access controls and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account and download links private. We may update this notice when store operations change; the updated notice and date will appear on this page.
