Family Reunion Kit

Description

Make room for family stories and new connections

A coordinated teal-and-gold kit for bringing the family together. Personalize the invitations and program, add names to the family connections poster, and use the conversation cards to start sharing memories.

Exactly what is included

• 10 editable A4 PowerPoint layouts and a 12-page PDF with instructions.
• English and Filipino invitations, welcome sign, six name tags, editable program, and a six-box family connections poster.
• Six story-prompt cards, six find-someone cards, a planning checklist, and a family recipe-share page.

How to use it

Choose an invitation language and confirm the details. Add family names or branches to the poster in a way that fits your household. Print the selected pieces, then use the prompts for an optional story circle or get-to-know-you activity.

Extract the ZIP and save a working copy of the PPTX. Replace every bracketed field in desktop Microsoft PowerPoint. Export only the edited slides you need as PDF. For stationery, print A4 at Actual size / 100% and test one page first. Other editors may change spacing.

Format and compatibility

Editable native text, shapes, and tables in PPTX. Desktop Microsoft PowerPoint is the intended editor; other apps may change spacing. PDF pages retain placeholders as a reference. No Canva link, Word file, automatic RSVP system, printing service, software, or physical item is included. The family poster is a small editable relationship chart, not genealogy software or a researched family tree.

Usage permission

One household or one organization may use this collection for its own activities. Keep source files private. No resale, redistribution, public source upload, or sale of printed copies. Copyright is not transferred.

Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped. After payment confirmation, download the ZIP from your order page or email and extract it before opening the files.
