How to use it
Replace names, dates, venue and reply details, then check the menu and seating information. Duplicate the seating or place-card pages for your guest count. Export your edited slides and print one test copy before the final run.
Extract the ZIP and save a working copy of the PPTX. Replace every bracketed field in desktop Microsoft PowerPoint. Export only the edited slides you need as PDF. For stationery, print A4 at Actual size / 100% and test one page first. Other editors may change spacing.
Format and compatibility
Editable native text, shapes, and tables in PPTX. Desktop Microsoft PowerPoint is the intended editor; other apps may change spacing. PDF pages retain placeholders as a reference. No Canva link, Word file, automatic RSVP system, printing service, software, or physical item is included. Flat cut-apart cards; envelopes, folded-card construction, bleed, and cutting-machine files are not included.
Usage permission
One household or one organization may use this collection for its own activities. Keep source files private. No resale, redistribution, public source upload, or sale of printed copies. Copyright is not transferred.
Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped. After payment confirmation, download the ZIP from your order page or email and extract it before opening the files.
