Print matching invitations, menus, welcome signs, and program sheets. Personalize six food labels, eight flat name cards, 12 gift tags, six exchange-gift cards per language, four wishlist cards per language, eight table numbers, a guest list, photo and thank-you signs, and a host checklist. Gift-exchange notes help you communicate the agreed budget, theme, and dates.

How to personalize it

1. Extract the ZIP and save a working copy.
2. Open the PPTX in an application that edits PowerPoint files.
3. Replace every [bracketed placeholder]. Edit text boxes and table cells directly.
4. Export selected slides as PDF for printing, or export a square slide as an image for messaging.
5. Print one A4 test sheet at 100% before making several copies.

What is editable and what you need

Text and table cells are editable. Watercolor decorations are fixed embedded illustrations. Arial and Georgia are used. Desktop Microsoft PowerPoint is the intended editor; other apps may change spacing. A PowerPoint-compatible editor, paper, and a printer or print service are needed for personalized physical output. There is no Canva link or Word file.

Name cards and tags are flat cut-apart cards. No machine-cut file, RSVP collection, email automation, or printing service is included. Reference PDFs keep the template placeholders; edit the PPTX before using them for your event.

Usage permission

For one household or one organization using the kit for its own events. You may print for those events and send finished invitation images to guests. Source-file redistribution, template resale, public file sharing, and selling printed copies as a product are not permitted. Decorative artwork is AI-assisted.
