How to use it
Save a copy of the PPTX, remove each gray placeholder and its caption, insert your own photo, and crop it to the intended space. Replace the story prompts, dates and messages. Reorder slides, present in Slide Show, or export finished slides for sharing.
Extract the ZIP and open the PPTX in desktop Microsoft PowerPoint. Read the photo-editing guide on PDF page 3. The PDF is a reference guide, while the PPTX is the editable presentation. Export a finished message slide as an image or print for use as a flat card.
Format and compatibility
Native editable text and shapes. The photo areas are drawn placeholders; photo insertion is manual. No photographs, music, animation, video, Canva link, Word file, software, or separately sized folded message-card templates are included. Other editors may alter spacing.
Usage permission
One household or one organization may use this collection for its own activities. Keep source files private. No resale, redistribution, public source upload, or sale of printed copies. Copyright is not transferred.
Digital download only. No physical item will be shipped. After payment confirmation, download the ZIP from your order page or email and extract it before opening the files.
