How to use it

Agree a learning goal with the learner or family. Plan a model, guided practice, independent practice, and a short check. Record actual responses and specific work. Use those notes for home practice and a clear progress report. The planning practice page includes a short fictional example in its note.

Extract the ZIP. Save a working copy of the PPTX. Use desktop Microsoft PowerPoint or a compatible editor; other editors may change spacing. Replace bracketed fields and check your finished output. Read the PDF guide before printing or running the quiz.

Format and compatibility

Blank planning and record templates. They are not standardized tests or diagnostic assessments. Text and tables can be edited in a PowerPoint-compatible editor. PDFs are non-editable. No booking system, auto-grading, payment processing, or messaging service is included.

Usage permission

One tutor or tutoring business may use and print the forms with its own learners. Keep original files private. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share the source files, or sell printed copies as products. Purchase does not transfer copyright in the templates or original illustrations.
