Description
Understand your spending, stock, and product profit in PHP
Use one Excel workbook for four practical tools: a monthly expense tracker, Christmas spending plan, inventory tracker with stock movements, and a product profit calculator. Editable inputs use amber fill, while formulas calculate the relevant totals and warnings.
May malinaw na 8-page guide at worked examples. Start with the clean template and enter your own data; example transactions are explained in the guide rather than mixed into your totals.
What you receive
- 1 editable .xlsx workbook with 6 tabs: Start, Expenses, Christmas, Inventory, StockMoves, and Profit.
- 8-page detailed buyer guide with step-by-step instructions, formula explanations, examples, capacity notes, and troubleshooting.
- 6-page workbook preview PDF, quick-start text, and usage license.
Monthly expense tracker
Log up to 300 expense records with date, description, category, payment method, PHP amount, receipt reference, and notes. Choose the reporting month and enter a budget. See month spent, budget remaining, and category totals for the full calendar month. Incomplete rows are flagged instead of silently presenting a complete total.
Christmas spending plan
Plan up to 150 items across gifts, food, decor, travel, party, giving, and other costs. Compare planned and actual spending with your cap and track actual costs marked unpaid. The totals cover the entire prepared list, so keep one season in each working copy.
Inventory that updates from movements
Set up 50 unique SKUs, opening quantities, unit costs, and reorder levels. Log up to 300 IN, OUT, and signed ADJUST movements in StockMoves. Inventory shows net movements, closing quantities, value at your entered unit cost, reorder status, and negative-stock warnings. Missing or duplicate SKUs and invalid movements need review.
Profit and break-even explained
Enter price, product cost, packaging, selling-fee rate, other variable cost, monthly units, and monthly fixed costs. Calculate fee per unit, variable cost, contribution, contribution margin, monthly revenue, profit before tax, and break-even units rounded up when contribution is positive.
A fictional example in the guide uses a PHP 150 selling price, PHP 60 product cost, PHP 10 packaging, 3% fee, PHP 5 other cost, 100 units, and PHP 2,000 fixed costs. It explains PHP 70.50 unit contribution, PHP 5,050 estimated monthly profit, and a 29-unit break-even target. These are examples, not recommended prices or promised results.
Before you buy
Designed for desktop Microsoft Excel. The workbook is macro-free, has no external connections, and performs no currency conversion. Input-change cases were checked in the authoring calculation engine and the exported file was inspected; native Microsoft Excel execution has not been separately verified. Other apps may differ in dates, formatting, validation, or recalculation.

Inventory valuation uses an entered fixed unit cost, without FIFO or moving-average costing. No invoicing, payroll, accounting integration, tax filing, cloud backup, or sales synchronization is included.
